Mrs. Nadia Al-Hajji was appointed CEO of Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) on November 7, 2022, bringing with her 30 years of experience in downstream refining and petrochemicals. She began her career as a process engineer at KNPC and has held various roles across KPC, including positions at KNPC, KIPIC, and PIC. Mrs. Al-Hajji currently serves as a Board Member at PIC, Chairperson of Equate Petrochemicals, and Head of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council for KPC and its subsidiaries. Additionally, she has been a Board Member of Kuwait National Petroleum Company and Chairman of Kuwait Vietnam Petrochemicals Company. Mrs. Al-Hajji has also been recognized as the Middle East Oil & Gas Women of the Year.
