Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) is committed to empowering its youth by providing the professional skills necessary for career advancement. As part of this commitment, PIC established the Youth Empowerment Leaders (YEL) Committee in February 2020, becoming the first company in the oil sector to do so. This initiative aligns with the values of KPC, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and the company’s mission and vision, while supporting the 2040 vision for building capabilities.
