our Six Sigma organization. In fact, our plans include
engaging every sector, department, section, and employee
in the program.
All employees will
participate on one of the roles shown on the previous
page.
What does Six Sigma

will ensure the right people are involved to solve the
problem at hand.
• Control Plans that will
document and describe job roles and responsibilities
that are necessary to ensure that improvements are
sustained year after year.
