The Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company was established in November 2004. Out of KPC strategic policies for encouraging the private sectors to participate in major petrochemical projects and, implementation of PIC strategic plan for expansion in the petrochemical activity inside and out side Kuwait, the company with a capital equivalent of 110 million K.D of which PIC share is 11 million K.D and the other amount of 99 million K.D was lunched for an IPO.
