Project Status
- The achieved 20,000,000 Safe Work Hours without any lost day incident in June 19, 2007
- Project commissioning & Startup planned by Q3-2008
- Detaille engineering and procurement almost completed .
- All the long lead equipment has been purchased and most of it received at site
- Ethylene EPC contracts has been signed with M/S Technip. Construction contract has been awarded to M/s Combine Contractor Company. Detail engineering procurement almost completed, and construction works progress achieved more than 45%
- Ethylene Glycol EPCM contract has been signed with M/S Foster Wheeler & Hyundai. The construction contract has been signed with M/s National Co. for Mechanical and Elect. Works. Detail Engineering and procurement are almost completed; the construction works progress achieved more than 30%
- EB/SM EPCM contract has been signed with M/s Shaw Group. Civil work contract has been signed with M/S N.M.AL-BADDAH. Mech., Elec. and instruments works construction signed with M/S Gulf Spec. Detail engineering and procurement are in progress. Civil and Mechanical Construction works in progress at site
- PE Expansion EPC contract has been terminated with M/s Dragados, EP work awarded to FLUOR. Construction works contract has been awarded to M/s HESICO. Detail engineering and procurement are in progress. Site construction office have been completed, construction works started
- Sea Water Cooling Towers & Pump Station construction contract has been signed with M/s Dywidag (Germany) and M/s Meshrif (Kuwait). Detail engineering and procurement nearly completed and construction works at site achieved more than 38%
- All the Utilities & Infrastructure contracts awarded to local & foreign contractor (Such as M/S ABB, HONEYWELL, GULF SPEC, AL-GHANIM, N.M.AL-BADDAH...etc). All the Detail engineering and procurement are almost completed and construction works of contracts are in progress with different progress percentage for all Utilities and infrastructure projects. Over all construction progress is more than 66% and 80% for Utilities & Infrastructure receptively
