Accomplishment of ISO 9001:2008 QMS

Petrochemical Industries Company, was assessed to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System by Lloyd's Registrar, for PP Marketing and Fertilizer Manufacturing & Marketing. For PIC, obtaining the aforesaid certifications is recognition for the employee's hard work and dedication to quality. The certification process was a three-step process, which included a Documentation Review, a Pre-assessment Audit, and a Final Audit. PIC has successfully completed all the three steps and certified to ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System).

The ISO 9001:2008 standard represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that organizations consistently deliver products and services that meet their client's quality requirements.

This accomplishment underscores the commitment of PIC to be the quality leader in the PP Marketing and Fertilizer Manufacturing and Marketing.

This quality is a result of having the best people, training programs, tools and administrative systems; a calculated goal of PIC in Kuwait .

The ISO standards now active within PIC provide a detailed and documented structure to follow within each respective department. These standards provide an assurance to our customers that our service commitments such as transit times & on-time performance are meaningful figures that they could rely upon!
