Integrating all three policies will better serve PIC's holistic approach towards standardization, enhance communication of the policy, and consolidate all efforts aimed at improving the above three areas.

The new Policy is referred to as HSE & Q Policy. It supersedes all individual policies.

Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, Quality Policy: ( HSE & Q ) Policy

Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC), as a leader in Ammonia & Urea Manufacturing & Marketing is committed to protect the safety& health of employees, contractors, visitors, and assets as well as the protection of the environment and ensuring the quality of the Company's products to satisfy our customers needs, through the implementation of high standards in Safety, health, Environment, and Quality, upholding its compliance with these standards, and given them utmost precedence, to achieve total elimination of all types of accidents and ammonia emissions in addition to ensuring energy optimization.

The implementation of this Policy is the responsibility of line management. supported by Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.

To achieve this Policy, we are committed to:

1. Comply with local legislation and internal Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality standards as related to Company activities.

2. Prevent occupational injury and ill health.

3. Prevent pollution inside and outside the Company.

4. Establish, implement, and maintain effective Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality management systems compatible with the requirements of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.

5. Use Industry best practices, and ensure employees and contractors are trained and qualified to perform their tasks.

6. Set objectives and targets that are measurable and consistent with this policy.

7. Continue to improve Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Product Quality performance.

8. Promote and maintain high level of awareness of workplace hazards, health hazards, risks associated with them, and utility the techniques necessary for minimizing risks as much as reasonably practical.

9. Conduct regular audits on Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality management systems and utilize them in the review of management system' performance.
