The close collaboration of all organizational levels will allow PIC to address its risks timely and maintain and improve its performance. Risk management activities will be conducted through five risk management processes:
- Risks Assessment
- Risk Monitoring and Treatment Plan review
- ERM Policy review
- ERM Model update
- Risk Monitoring and Treatment
