Risk Governance
The risk management activities will be supported by an efficient risk governance structure and processes. PIC risks will be addressed on three organizational levels.

Strategic Level – Board of Directors
Ensures that Risk Management strategic guidelines are aligned to the overall PIC strategy
Tactical Level – Risk Oversight Committee (ROC)
Provides guidelines and directives to ERMD, reports to the Board of Directors risks and risk management activities
Operational level – Enterprise Risk Management Department (ERMD)
Responsible for day-by-day Risk Management activities, will interact with other departments to handle risks in the most effective way |
