• The Aromatics Complex shall be established as a Kuwaiti company under the name of “ Kuwait Aromatics Company ”
  
  
• PIC & KNPC shall be the main shareholders with 80% of the shares, whereas the remaining 20% of the shares shall be owned by the Kuwait private sector represented by Al Qurain Company.

•          KNPC                  40.0 %

•          Qurain                 20.0 %

Raw Materials

•          FRN from KNPC Refinery       2.7 MMta

Products

•          Paraxylene          830  Kta PIC will market it

•          Benzene              390 Kta for captive use
