TEAM BRIEFINGS
The Team Briefing process is one of the several projects that the HR Executive Committee has lined up for implementation at PIC . Launched company-wide on 16th December 2002, the main goal here is to improve communication between management and lower levels, so as to achieve a better working environment and higher levels of efficiency. This will be acheived by regular Face to Face meetings among all the levels in the organisation hierarchy. The aim is to deliver the message/directions from Management to all lower levels within a period of 48 hours every month.
EXTRACT FROM CMD'S MESSAGE :
"It is well understood that excellent companies need excellent systems that support their main operations . In PIC ,we recogonise that some of our systems and processes need improving. One of these is our system for communicating with our employees , and we have decided to concentrate on improving this as a priority . Consequently, we have decided to install a system of management driver communication known as Team Briefing". |
